Thanks fellas. I have syndication docs that were drawn up already. I guess the disconnect is why I can not do a syndication this way ie close on different dates from different sellers as long as it is written in the PPM. My team and I have identified the properties in batches of any where from 2-6 that we will acquire over the course of roughly 2 months. Then we raise only for the properties identified in that syndication. All the other items are outlined in the PPM. I will reach out to you both for more clarity. Thanks again!
