@Jaden Adams do it my man. Looking back I wish I would’ve had the same mindset ~4 years ago. Follow happiness and fulfillment. I wish you the best.

@Jake Sklanka Great to see someone else from NE made the move. I’ve had my eyes on summit county long term, I actually have family invested in an Airbnb in Silverthorne. I haven’t been able to run the numbers or gather enough information on the Dillon/Silverthorne/Frisco etc. but a house hack in Summit county would be IDEAL. I’d love to hear about your move, current house hack, and experience investing in the county if you’d be willing to connect.

Let me know! Thanks for the tips

Best,

Justin

@Steve K. This is a wealth of information and I really appreciate it! Good to hear you’re familiar with the Boston market. Referring to your post on the other thread - I’d love to connect and hear more about house hacking possibilities and fill you in on what my vision is for the move. Looking forward to connecting.

Best,

Justin

I'm familiar with the number of neighborhoods around center city Philadelphia (Graduate Hospital, Point Breeze, Fishtown, Rittenhouse, etc.) but haven't lived in the city for ~2 years now. Is this still a good market to get into? What neighborhoods still have 'great deal' potential? Thank you!

I would start looking now in different areas of Denver just to see what’s out there in terms of multi family and maybe an area you’d like to live in. Depending on where you work, the Springs could be a good option too if you don’t mind a decent commute up to Denver.

Thanks Andrew. I’ll be sure to check those few spots out

I currently live in Boston, MA, but will be moving to Colorado next summer. I have saved up a good amount of funds and wanted to know if there are any hot markets I should be looking out for. Multifamily properties interest me because I'll be able to house hack, but I'd like to add some single family to my portfolio is well. Looking forward to hear what y'all have in mind!
