Thank you all for your responses. Very helpful

I’m having a hard time finding comps on this property to do quick ARV calculation for my discussions with a lender. https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/2415-E-Southport-Rd-Indianapolis-IN/5172314/ How would you folks recommend I calculate ARV on this? Thanks

Hey all,

I'm looking for recommendations on easy organizations to work with to get approved for an Unsecured Personal Line of Credit. Obviously higher the limit with lowest rate is ideal but that's probably something I didn't even need to put here :)

My Credit Score is ~750 and my average W2 over past couple years is ~200k. If it matters at all, I'm doing my investing in Indianapolis area primarily now.

Any recommendations are much appreciated.

Thanks!

Penthouse buy and hold condo for Sale. Purchased 2 years ago and already has appreciated ~15%. Buy it for a rental or buy it for your personal. It's really one of a kind.

Appraised for 505k last October and Redfin estimate is 525k.

Post: Should I invest with Radon?

I’m looking at a duplex that’s turnkey and the local rent numbers are where I want them and it seems like a good deal. Here’s the catch...there was radon detected. From my reading it seems like it’s a couple thousand to fix it and my ask of the seller would be to take whatever I have to pay to fix it out of the price of the property. If I have a system in place am I covered? What am I missing? What things do I need to think about that I’m not? Does this impact getting renters? Any insight that could be provided would be much appreciated. Thanks
