Thanks for the advice. I've been lurking on the forums for quite a while and have read a ton of BP blog posts. I've also listened to 20+ BP podcasts. Hopefully I'm on the right track. Looking to purchase my first house this winter!

New investor from Desoto County MS (Southaven, Olive Branch). Work in Memphis but interested in investing in MS and possibly TN. Looking to replace my expenses with rental income. I know it won't be quick, but I plan on 7-10 SFR to get me there.
