Hello BP family, 

My name is Justin Hernandez. I am a Realtor with Redbird Realty in San Antonio, Tx. I was just wondering if other Realtors or investor have a reliable and affordable GC. I have an elderly customer that wants to repair a decent-sized hole in her ceiling. She said the City had something to do with it. That last sentence may or may not be helpful to this situation, I did however, think it is relevant to share. Any and all recommendations are appreciated.

@Bryan Noth, I was thinking about putting something down but there is so much that I would like to do. However, if I had to pick one thing it would be to fix and flip SFHs. Hope this helps a little bit more, and I appreciate your time.
