So I am looking to get into residential real estate or commercial real estate. The issue that I have is that I don’t have the money down to get started. I am a very hard worker and determined to get into the market. I just need an investor to believe in me and help me make my vision a reality. I have worked in the automotive industry for the past 10 years with the last 4 years in the finance department. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone and I really appreciate your help.  So  I am wanting to get into the real estate market and I live in the Washington DC/ Northern Virginia area.  I am looking to start small with maybe a rental or a flip, but I just don't even know how to start.  I don't have a huge amount of money saved, and would prefer to not use any cash if I can.  I would love any advice that would help.  Thanks again in advance.
