Hey Pittsburg BP investors! I'm looking to purchase a property in West View.  This would be my first investment property and I was wondering how hard you've found it to fill rentals?  I found a cashflowing property but it would be a two bed 1 bath.

I plan to list it at the median price that I got back from rentometer.... How accurate have you found rent estimate tools?

Hey bp!

First time analyzing properties on fb marketplace and craigslist.  I immediately got the question around being a cash buyer or using hard money on something advertised as a "turnkey" property.  Why would I not be able to use traditional financing on this type of property?  How do you guys typically finance these types of properties?

Thanks,

Justin

Hey BP Pittsburgh!

I live in Boston but grew up in the Pittsburgh area.  I was looking to buy my first investment property back in the Pittsburgh area because Boston numbers just don't make sense. As someone who is looking to buy their first property and doing it out of state, where do you recommend looking first?  How do you recommend building the network up in real estate to do long distance investments?

Thanks,

Justin
