Thanks  Mitch.
yes I think the near negative returns are driving many of us to the US. From the my research (which is minimal) I am focusing on the Midwest, for now. I’m very new to this.

Hi all I am new to BP,

I am wondering if anyone can guide me in the right direction to explore financing options for foreigners.

If the first property is purchased with cash outright how soon after can I refinance to continue moving forward?

Is non recourse financing available on foreclosed properties?

Other lending options for my LLC.

Thanks guys I look forward to hearing from you.
