Property records show sold in July 2017. Is this still available?

Hi Ryan,

I used to work in property research, and this is easily done if you have the right tools. Every county has a property lookup site for taxation purposes. It can usually be found by googling "(insert county name) property records". It's just a matter of locating the correct view to correlate the address to the PID.

St. Paul should be Ramsey county, but just in case, the Hennepin county link is also below. Punch in the address and it will locate the property as well as identify the PID. Ramsey county does not provide owner data online without paid subscription, but you should be able to call the county, or stop in to find out. Henenpin provides this information online for free.

Good Luck - Justin

@Mitchell Boatman

Sounds like we're in similar boats. Working as  PM, seeking buy and hold. I found a RE agent who is an investor himself, works frequently with others, and is proverbial expert with foreclosures. He prefers to stay south of the river, but may make exceptions. Happy to connect you - message me if interested.

Good luck!

Hi Jon,

I've also been on the hunt and interviewed Steve Pelner of Padgett Business Services, Lakeville office. I was impressed with his approach and dimenor, was recommended to him by multiple small business owners, and he works with Real Estate Investors. Small office, direct access, 20+ years, Enrolled Agent. May be worth your time.

Good luck!
