I'm excited to join this vibrant community of real estate enthusiasts. My name is Justin, and I've been a full-time real estate investor for over 15 years. I started my journey in a small town in Nebraska, flipping houses and learning the ropes through hands-on experience. While flipping houses taught me a lot, I soon realized that I wanted a more scalable and passive income stream.

This led me to the world of apartment buildings. I took a leap of faith, invested in a run-down apartment complex, and with hard work and strategic planning, I transformed it into a profitable venture. Using the equity from that project, I continued to invest in more properties. Now, I'm proud to say that I own multiple apartment buildings, and I'm enjoying the financial freedom that comes with it.
