Great job getting to where you are so fast. We bought our fix-and-flip about a year ago and are on contract for our first duplex rental, ready to close in a few weeks. It’s exciting and a bit nerve wracking at the same time, but when things make sense, they make sense. If you’re looking up our way any time, let us know. Justin Congrats on your first deals, the hardest part is over. Or just starting.... Ive never been able to remember which side they said was most difficult. Everyday is fun and exciting and jumping in is the biggest hurdle for most!

Congrats, on your first step! One of the podcast has a guests that says he buys a property for each child he has and does a 15 yr loan on it. He then plans on giving it to them @ 18 when they can decide to sell it for college funds/ keep it and cash flow. I love the idea and plan on doing this myself!  Keep gaining knowledge and asking questions!
