Hello all! I will be closing on my first rental (4 unit) soon and curious if anyone knows of a good app to use for property management. This property is out of province and I will be looking to grow the portfolio in time. I’m hoping there’s an app that can help manage and track anything regarding property management. I now there are apps out there but I’m curious if you use any and if you have any feedback on them. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello all! ✋🏻 new to BP, I’ve been addicted to the podcasts lately and have been interested in real estate for a while now. It’s finally time. Born and raised in Nova Scotia and looking to invest there though I live in British Columbia. Not entirely sure what method we are aiming for (most likely brrrr method) but excited to get started with our first investment purchase this year.
