@Matthew Grisafe. Well my credit is hovering just above 600. I have a job and steady income. I'm looking to buy a duplex and live in one side and rent the other. I'm not sure exactly how much cash I can come up with to put down.

Hello. Newbie here. I'm looking for advice on how to get funding for my first house hack. I have been looking on here for a little bit. But I can't seem to find anything about how to go about getting financing. Any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance!
