Thanks for getting back Brie. I don't have any other preferences - a single house with 2 or 3 bedrooms and around 2ksq or less is fine.

First of all, thank you guys for great posts!!!

I am going to move to Great Seattle area in summer and looking for buying a single house. I will work from home so I don't care about transportation and my kid is going to college so I don't care about schools. Now that transportation and schools don't matter, my budget is around 600k. I know it looks like too less,,, and just wondering if you guys have any suggestions where is a good place to live. Someone told me about Mill Creek and it is already very expensive there.
