Good evening all

I have one rental in southwestern Pennsylvania.  I'm just entering the game and I am trying to establish a solid relationship with a trust worthy accountant that will have my best interest in mind and also have experience with reducing taxes.  Is there any recommendations for accountants and ways to get in touch with qualified accountants?

Thanks alot

Do you think offer $120 and work up or would that offer be ignored?

Condition isn't bad, typical college student use, nothing major. Neighboring condo is also 4x4.

All,

I'm interested in a newer(5 years) 4 bed 4 bath condo in a college town. Rents are $1250 a month, property taxes $1000 a year and asking price is $130000, neighboring condo just sold for $128000. Id like to use a 203k loan for this investment. Advice on determining current value, offer price, financing options and other tips learned from experience will be greatly appreciated.

Looking to get more involved in real estate investing. I currently own two single family houses in depressed areas. I'm thinking about leveraging one house to enter condo/apartment rental investments.  I welcome any advice available
