New modern lights and ceiling fans, quality furniture, Big screen TVs (not so expensive anymore), big washer and dryer, one of those cool refrigerators.

If you ever go stay in a nice hotel or nice airbnbs, try to pick up on some of the things they do to make it feel luxurious.

I have a couple investors and a commercial investor that have been looking for RAI opportunities with a team in place. But none of them currently operate one. I'm guessing you have one and need a new operator in charge?

San Antonio's has tried to crack down on STRs but hasn't been too successful. HOA's have really been the one pushing the charge. But the city has increased their effort to shut down unpermitted STRs by a lot.
