My grandfather recently passed away and we inherited his house. My father and aunt are inclined to sell, but I am thinking about buying, and doing either a BRRRR or flip, but would like to get some insight/advice to an experienced investor in the area.

Hey Matt, thank you! I have been looking all over honestly. Virginia Village, Park Hill, Lakewood, Athmar Park, Edgewater. There has only been one house that has come up that I felt like I was getting a solid deal on. Seems that with peak buying season being condensed into a shorter period and the inventory in Denver being low that there are not as many opportunities. That being said I am considering pushing my search out to the suburbs a little more.
