@Shawn McCormick My main goal is to create some passive income for myself. Not currently licensed at the moment pretty much starting from ground zero. And I’m more looking for career/longevity. I’ve been reading books like “ABCs of Real Estate investing” and “Crushing it in apartment and commercial real estate” but I’m more of a hands on type of learner. I was looking for somewhat of a mentor or teacher to help me get started
