Honestly, my wife and I have been going back and forth about whether to sell our property or manage it remotely. Given the circumstances due to Coronavirus, we’ve decided to keep our property for now.

We have some tough decisions to make but this information will help us a lot. Thanks again!

Hi @Erin Onsager , Which property management company in the Providence area did you decide to go with? I’m in a similar situation that you were in so it would be good to hear about you experiences over the past few years.

@Rob B. Thank you for the info! We have a bit more time to decide than we initially thought but we are still going back and forth on whether we want a PM. I’m glad we have more time to do research and vet potential providers. Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated!
