How were you able to dominate your markets during past recessions as an agent? What do you wish you would have done different and what are you going to do again when the next one comes?

I would like to get some insight from all agents who were around during the recession of 2008. What were your strategies to keep closing deals? What did you do to dominate your markets during this time?

Awesome, thanks for letting me know. I am actually in Utah but am looking at expanding up that way. Do you know of any good attorneys that i could reach out to that are investor friendly with wholesalers and flippers in the area?

I am looking to network with some other flippers and wholesalers in the seattle area. I am new to the area and have some questions for all of you.
