*This link comes directly from our calculators, based on information input by the member who posted. Construction cost estimate includes land, permits, architect/engineering fees, GC fees, landscaping, and the finished building itself. Any thoughts on how accurate these construction costs are?

It's a buy and hold. I use the wholesale calc to determine how much I should pay for the property. They are asking 525,000

Thanks guys. New build 2017. That's why I left cap-ex at 2%. I will adjust the other numbers and by doing that you are probably right, I will walk away.
