And business deposit of past last 2-3 years is about almost the same and my credit score is 757 as of now on credit karma. And I’m not looking for 150k-200k house so I can put down 20% no problem

Do I go to the bank I bank with to see if I can get qualify for FHA loan? and for loan uses 50% of business statement? And do you know what are the rate for loan using business statement? I'm not sure if I'll get qualify for FHA with small pay, which is only $20k/year. But monthly business deposit is $20k-$30k, so 50% of that is $100k-$150k/ year??

Are there any lenders for small business owner?

Im trying to buy my first home and looking for lender can pre approved by using the business incomes instead or personal income since I take small pay and put everything back into business. I have owned the business for about 4 years with $300k-$350 annually.

I don’t take profit distributions I just put it back in business account. Will help if I put large down payment? It’s for my first home

I have been in the business for about 4 years and business is not showing loss, about $300k-$350k annually, but I pay myself low. And I did talk to one guy mentioned about there’s lending programs uses business revenue instead but I can’t getting in touch with him. Do I just need to save up and buy it cash??

How can I get pre approved for home loan as small business owner? If paying myself little but business is good? Are there any lenders or lending programs you can get per-approved using business incomes instead of personal income or both??
