Thank you for the welcome. I still don't think of myself as a real estate investor..who is that? haha . My husband and I just started this thing one house at a time. Most days we want to buy more, some days we want to sell all and have a tiny house in the country, no overhead, no tenants, no stress. But it is what it is, and now it's time to do some things like an umbrella policy, better accounting system, also looking at a series LLC and then a management LLC (wow, so much good information I have found here on those topics. Thanks again. I'm happy to help anyone else as well with info we have learned along the way.

This is a great site, and have learned alot lurking for a week or so.  I have been a real estate investor for a few years, own some rental property around Dallas. Looking to learn more and improve my business, maybe help new people along the way.
