 I have a good deal right now about a similar property that renting $1000 a month and asking price $78,000 but property worth $82000 on zillow. I am looking for a private lender or hard dmoney lender to help me on this deal. most of my money spent on my last two rental property and dont have the funds to acquire this property

3 bedboorm 2 /1 bath at a cul sac sitting on 2 acres will easily rent $1000 a month and cash flow of a $450 a month. Need help funding this deal

I already have 2 other rental property but not enough equity yet.

Any suggestion of private lender or hard money lender that will do business in Greensboro area in North Carolina

Hey Gary welcome to BP. are you planning to manage the property. $45000 bad neighborhood might have some great investing opportunity down the road specially if the neighborhood turn around. question is, are you willing to work in that area and deal with your tenants coming from low income

Hello everyone, I just finished my first project of purchase and rehab my first rental property, I am in the process of purchase another foreclosure as a second rental property. I came across a good value for a possible flip and i am excited to work and possibly achieve my first flip. My question all my financial have used in my last project and need help to finance the new property for a possible flip. Any local bank or private lending that anyone can suggest that work in NC and preferably winston salem NC

The property I am looking at have a tax value of $85000 and listing price is $45000 and I am sure they will accept $35000 since its been on the market and I am looking at ARV of $95000 with about a $15000 to $20000 rehab cost. Any suggesting of a good private lender or small bank in the triad area
