I did collect the person's first and last deposit and I am going to find the new replacement. Do you have any suggestions to prevent tenant breach contract? Thanks

Hi guys, one of tenants I have taken told me that he has to break the contract because of his personal issue. The contract he signed is for 6 months and he was planning to move in next month. Now he breached the contact. On the contract, it states that he needs to notifiy landlord at least 30 days before termination date, however, it has 15 days left before his moving day. Can you please let me know how you deal with this situation? Thank you.
