I have a couple investment properties that I am looking to cash out on a equity to continue to build my investment properties. I am being told now that it’s not possible to cash out refinance investment properties due to Fannie Mae? I’ve called a half dozen banks currently and either they don’t do them or I get the run around. Is anyone else having issues?

Current property I am trying refinance-

Single family house current mortgage is 107k current value is north of 200k with 1100 a month in rent.

I am trying to find out what the requirements for a builders license in Alabama but I am having a hard time finding experience requirements? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
