Welcome to BP James! You sound a bit like myself. I too live in Wildomar and I am also just starting out in the REI world...trying my hand at wholesaling in order to create capital to begin buying and holding for passive income. I am currently active duty in the Marines. Also, I am a part of a local group of investors that meet up monthly in Temecula. Message me and we can discuss further. One tip: Look up networking events in your local area. Those can be very educational and meaningful.

Thanks Zachary! Man, it feels good to know there are other folks out there that are feeling the same way as me. At least I am not alone on this journey. I completely understand where you are coming from, especially in the since of not focusing enough. Right now, I am blessed with my current job, but I will be seeking new employment starting the new year. It would be great to get my business up and running prior to me switching jobs. I plan to have the REI up and running full time before the end of 2017. But I would love to stay in touch and be able to share my victories and failures with you brother. Hello everyone,

I stumbled upon BP when I downloaded "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing" from Amazon. This was last year after I purchased my first home and a long lost love for real estate was set a blaze. I begin reading and self educating myself on real estate investing. It was not even until this past August that I got around to reading this particular book on Kindle. You know how they have all of the hyper links throughout the book, well, I begin to read most of them. I was blown away by the amount of knowledge that I had access to. So, here I am, an aspiring real estate investor on my journey to starting my very own company. I look forward to chatting, interacting with, and learning from all of you. Until next time...
