@Franklin Curry Jr I wouldn’t say she is a friend, she was just a customer of mine from my auto detailing business I have and I later found out she was an agent. I Do plan on moving on and contacting other agents but was asking how to convince them it’s a win win situation just Incase other agents act the same way

Hey I’m new to real estate investing and even new to BiggerPockets. What advice do you all have for a new investor looking to start wholesaling?

Hey I’m looking to enter the Tampa, FL market as an wholesaler. I’ve contacted this real estate agent about her help with sending me fixer uppers off the mls for me to wholesale and she will benifit as the sellers agent. When I presented the offer she was being skeptical as if it’s not beneficial for her or if it’s possible even though she say she has heard of wholesaling. How do I convince her to help me so I can help her?
