We plan to live in the property of course for the 1-year time frame and house hack a room in property to a friend. 

After the the time and money allotted, Matthew and Daniel was the 203k loan worth it? 

We've been certain about using the FHA loan but as of this week I'm looking through information on the 203k Loan.

Familiar with FHA loan but not so much with 203k loan.
