lol had tenant in the first floor while doing this it will cause issues be carefull they will try to drop a dime on you bro. but i hated the braod anyways breaking the lease left and right.

FHA boss. i took advantage of the 3.15% APR it be stupid for me to sell and go for bigger in i Higher interest rate.

In this market you think its just better just to go big again get a second multi?

i want to get a home for myself but i know for sure in the future i will do better.

maybe the 4 green houses and red hotel concept works from how i look at it.

I live in a unit, fix a floor move to the other rent it out and so on and so on.

I try to cut down the cost of living the best way i can.
