Hello everyone,

I’m 21 and I’m committed to learning more about the real estate industry as it’s something I see myself working in for the foreseeable future. Having said that, if there are any mortgage brokers, title companies, agents, or investors in Fort Worth,Tx that are looking for a hardworking individual to add to their team, I’d be more than willing to work for you!

The only prior experience in real estate have is partnering with my dad on 2 flips.

Please feel free to send me a PM!

thank you joshua! I will definitely look into learning more about DSCR loans.

@Julio Ibarra do you have the opportunity to utilize a cosigner? The lender would account for their income and credit as well, therefore, authorizing pre-approval. If you come across a solid house hack property, you can structure the deal so that you are paying your cosigner a monhtly fee, consequently, this gives them an incentive to cosign the loan. Hope this helps!

Thank you for this very helpful insight! I will definitely look into finding a cosigner as I do know a few people that would be able to.

HI all! I'm looking to purchase my first house hack soon after I finish my second flip here in DFW. I meet all of the requirements to qualify for a conventional/fha loan except for the good steady income as I'm currently working part-time and not making very much from the job. Is there any way to get a loan to surpass this hurdle and if so I'd love to connect with anyone that would be of aid.

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone here know how to properly structure their LLC to get the most amount of business credit? I'm looking to get as much business credit as possible so I can utilize that to fund flips. Thank you in advance!
