I currently live in a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom in Salt Lake. It is close to the airport and downtown as well as close to the I-80/I-215/I-15 freeway. I am looking for any referrals to a good management company that would be able to manage the property. I currently live on the property however will be moving soon.

@Account Closed love the whole concept question how do you find out how much your house is worth and where do you go to apply for a HELOC. I know credit unions are usually the best choice but is there a process that needs to be done to qualify or requirements.

As would I like to know who this company was that you had went to and would like your experience as to what happened. Sorry about the money that was spent if unrecoverable as well.

So I am new to the real estate investing and this website looks like there are a lot of people who get help on here. Locally I went to a Renatus meeting and found it very interesting the thing that stood out for me was that it was local group that got together and met regularly and helped each other. However, reading some reviews about other peopls experiences I am confused as to whether its the right group to help me in getting started in real estate investing. Please someone share your thoughts or expericence thanks
