Hello Kenneth, I'm a newbie to Real Estate Investing and have a question for you.  Do you have any experience getting Private Funding for Real Estate outside of your area?  I live in Los Angeles and am interested in investing in properties outside of California, where prices are more reasonable (ie. Arizona, Indiana, Minnesota, Texas, Missouri, etc.).  I've been doing research into these areas and learning the markets and plan to build relationships with people in those areas (ie. Brokers, Contractors, Property Management Co.'s, etc.).  I'm just wondering if I can get investors interested in working with me if I don't actually live in the market where I want to invest?  

I'm brand new to BP but excited to dig in and learn all I can about Buy & Hold Real Estate.  I've been in sales my entire career and I'm ready to start the next chapter of my life in Real Estate as it seems to be the safest place to invest money.

I am interested in working with busy Private Investors that are interested in working with me on properties OUTSIDE of CA in more affordable B & C neighborhoods for safe consistent returns on their investment.    

I am also a Life Coach and would be happy to offer my help/services to anyone I can in exchange for information on good places to network either online or in person, how to structure deals / contracts with investors and just advice on how to successfully build a portfolio of properties out of state. 

I'm a go-getter and willing to put in the time and effort to build my business and network - but I want to have fun in the process. I'm a little scared but excited because I know I'm going to connect with some amazing people here.  :)
