Thank you! This does help me alot.

Any suggestions for property management companies in Naperville IL? Looking to help my family rent their townhouse in that area.

@Sean McDonnell

Thank you for responding! This is my first forum and for some reason I was nervous to post... but glad I did. You provided me some great points to think about that I never did before.

The place we would Airbnb is 1bd, 1 bath, 1 living room, washer and dryer, NO kitchen. It would have it's separate entrance.

Does Airbnb require a license of some sort in order to rent your place?

I recently listened to podcast BP 210 and one of the speakers discussed how they used their basement as an Airbnb. This method is one that both me and my husband agree on. Knowing that the BP community has Airbnb investors I'm asking what are suggested steps I should be looking into? I'm currently looking at what other people are in my market are selling for and the BP podcast 210 provided a lot of ideas but not necessarily steps. What are ya'll suggestions? Thank You!
