Hello,

I invest mostly around University Circle (Glenville, St-Clair, Collinwood, ...). Houses are affordable but need rehab (that's my choice). Cap rate around 10%. Very interesting market.

Hi Jordon,

neighborhoods near University Circle are great (Buckeye-Shaker, St-Clair) but I'll avoid East Cleveland.

Hope it will help you.

Hi Jay, I bought an office and some SF near the same area (North Collinwood). I would say that it's good for cash flow, home are affordable and with rehab you can rent it around $700 (SF with 3 BR).
