Hi! I need to talk to a lawyer in Oregon about a couple tenant situations. It is on behalf of my parents. First situation is two people they invited to live with them on their property, no rental agreement or rent paid. It’s been two years, their welcome is wearing out with my parents. I need to know what, if any, rights the two people have. Second issue is tenants in a single family dwelling that have been submitting partial rent payments and maybe even no payment at times. I think that is more straightforward, but need info on process to enforce lease and/or eviction.
