HI BP- I am a Realtor in Charlotte, NC looking to connect and grow my expertise by teaming up with an investor, contractor, lender, etc. I have over 12 years experience working as a title abstractor and curative title specialist for a large foreclosure firm and covering North Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. I've held by NC Brokers license for 1.5 years, selling real estate mainly in the Lake Norman area of NC all while holding a full time job with said large foreclosure firm. My goal is leave the 9-5 and use my knowledge and skill set more independently. How can I add value to you? Message me and let's talk!

@Mike Dorneman I’m kicking myself for taking so long to committing to investing, we research, run numbers, put in offer and so far...nada! I’m thinking maybe switch strategies from multi-family to BRRR

Just curious, how long did you research, drive for dollars, etc until you found and closed your first deal?
