Sub To has been amazing! What Pace offers is way more than just a creative finance mentorship! I have been in for 4 months and have learned so many other things! From Wholesale, flipping, Creative purchases, How to raise money, how to underwrite and purchase multi family. The relationships you have access to alone is worth the money. And the extra zooms that are offered out of the kindness of his heart and everyone in the community is a blessing and amazing! AND now he just leveled it up with how to purchase businesses!
