Hello, My Name is Julian. I am 19 years old. I am looking for an experienced wholesaler based out of orlando (or in the area) that can show me the ropes.

I’m very interested in going out & actually doing the process with you or even just a phone call going through a process. I feel that would be the best way for me to learn. I would be willing to help in any way I can just in exchange to learn and gain information.

Thank you for your time!!

Hello, My name is Julian. I am new to investing at 19 years old & i wanted to see if you guys could give me some tips. I plan on BRRRR investing.

What is a good amount of money I should save up to start?

Is it better to start alone or go in with a partner/team?

When you find a good flippable house, How do you inquire buying it?

What are red flags to look out for when doing this such as avoiding certain types of tenants and making sure permits are closed?

How long does one house usually take start to finish?

Is building my credit mandatory or will it make it easier to BRRR?

Thank you for your time.
