What are some clever ways to really get your phone ringing when you're trying to start a lucrative wholesaling business?

What criteria would one use when trying to select candidates to sell yellow letters to?  People without mortgages? People that have purchased their home around 30 years ago?  How does one efficiently maximize the use of their postage?

Where does one go to find detailed property information like how much the owner paid for the house or whether or not they owe taxes on it? 

How do you add the contact information that's at the end of your posts with the company logo and the contact info?

Good afternoon.  I'm a 34-year-old from outside of Philadelphia looking to start investing in Southeastern PA.  If there's anything I can ever do to help you, let me know, as i will definitely seek council and advice from you guys.  I plan to start trying to put together some wholesale deals in the near future so and advice on getting those first couple deals done will be happily received.
