@Diana Muresan sure, my main question is how can I know i am getting a good deal with the loaner. I would like too see it from both perspectives. I would love to get an idea of what a good deal is from a loaners perspective.

Best way to get a deal. How to make a deal with a lender that benefits both party’s.

So for years i have been saving up and doing my research and I always find an excuse to not do anything.... what advice can you give me on starting on RE?

@Jason D.thank you! Very helpful!

@Jason D. I really like the flipping houses idea, and rental properties. That’s the two I have done the most research on because there are the ones that in my area I can make more profit out of them in my opinion.

How much money I need to save up to have a real chance of starting on a good note? Is a mentor really necessary?
