I have been using deal machine, and it has pretty extensive contact info on each property. The only drawback I found so far is that many of the numbers are on the do not call list, but that's not a problem with the platform.

Hi Dave, thanks for your response, I have heard of deal machine as well, especially when driving for dollars. Is that a strategy you use (driving for dollars) ? Or are you more virtual when wholesaling?

Hi Julian,

I've tested batch skip tracing for a couple of years now and now I'm trying out kind. It seems like companies are competing and lowering down their skip tracing pricing. Good luck to you!

Hi Francis, thanks for the response and yes! I have come across both companies in my research but kind seems to be getting alot of love. I have also checked out their pricing, not bad! I like the pay as you go model they have as well.

What markets do you work?

Would love to connect

Hi Kerry, I appreciate the response. I am currently in the middle of market research, I have not determined a market yet. If you don't mind sharing, what was something notable that helped you determine which market to start your virtual wholesaling journey in?

I actually dont work virtually........I work WITH the virtual Wholesalers.....every deal ive closed was with someone that didnt live here in my market

Oh ok cool that's good to know Kerry. I will definitely keep you in mind. How long have you been investing in properties? and also what would you say was the most challenging thing you had to overcome before developing a successful process for investing?

Hey @Julian Gray

Just recently switched from batchskiptracing to https://kindskiptracing.com/ and it's been working well for us.

Hi David thanks for getting back to me, its funny you mentioned kindskiptracing.com i came across them in the past few days... they seem to have some really good deals on skip tracing leads, especially for someone just starting off (pay as you go). I'm definitely going to give them a try and see how it goes.

Hi Everyone,

I am organizing my plan of action to begin wholesaling virtually. Does anyone have a few affordable skip tracing software's to start out with?

(Note) Max Budget on Skip tracing leads: $300 (ideally)

Hi John, I appreciate your response and will do! Number of cash transactions are very telling about a market  so I will start there.

Have a great day!

Hi Everyone, my name is Julian and I am getting ready to begin my virtual wholesaling journey. As a new wholesaler, I want to focus on smaller markets. I am reaching out to see if anyone may have some suggestions on which small markets across the country (City or State) that may be a good place to start looking for deals here in 2024?

Goodmorning Everyone, Happy Monday!

My name is Julian Gray and I am looking to connect with a wholesaler in the Philadelphia/ Montgomery County Area.
I would be willing help with deals at no cost if the opportunity came about. I believe being able to watch a deal develop from start to finish would really get the ball rolling for me.

If anyone is available to talk about this let me know.

Thanks!!
