Perhaps I'm referring to conventional 30 year primary residence loans.  I thought they were in the range of 3.5 to 3.625%.

Hi All,

Just wondering what your thoughts are on the impact of Brexit to the 30-year mortgage rates, do you think they will go higher or lower?  We are considering when to lock rates and how this will impact our potential future rental prop.
