I'm interested in knowing some creative ways to network to find money partners for deals. I have a deal under contract and need to move on the financing.

First time in the hotel industry. Looking to do a small flagged hotel and I need a seasoned  mentor who can answer periodic questions. Any suggestions welcomed.

Are you saying that the mortgage release is incorrect or that there is some other problem?

Dion Baugh D and B Landscaping.  312.613.2387  He has a crew to do clean outs too.

@CrystalSmith That's what I thought too.  I've seen so many posts here that seem to suggest it's a good idea but maybe they meant a real deal in hypothetical terminology? Just in case someone else moves faster.  I am not sure about it.

Currently commercial over 12 units.  My current offerings were an O/O warehouse that I am rehabbing from my main business.  The second is an 40 room SRO on Chicago's southside.

I wanted to ask because I see that many make offers of hypothetical deals to potential private investors to gauge their interest.  I tried this but, my investor needed to view more documents at a time when I needed a decision.

My question is when does BP community make the transition to real deal from hypothetical.  Is there a best practice or did I miss something.

@Matthew Putnick yes I did call my contractor out.  He's doing a walk thru tomorrow.   I was thinking around $140 (price includes contingency) and hopefully he has a better price.

Yes I do have contacts there and hadn't thought about calling them.  Do you think they may have some builders as well?
