We have a range of investors from new, intermediate, advanced, and veterans. You can find out meeting times online. It would be great to introduce you to some of our key players and to the rest of the leadership team. (Brian, Joe, and Terry). I hope you can join us at our next MeetUp. I hope to see you there sometime. BTW, BiggerPockets is where I got my start but I really got moving when I went to my local Real Estate Investors Group. -That's my two cents, best of luck!

Do you have an area in mind?

Hi everyone!

I'm currently a bartender in Metro Detroit and have decided I want to dive into real estate investing! I've been jumping around the forums/website and can see myself easily falling into a state of analysis paralysis!

I am currently leaning toward wholesaling to start out and then using the profits to invest in buy and hold rental properties I would love to hear any educational resources anyone could offer or possible workflows that have been successful in achieving a solid REI understanding! Where would you say is a good place to start?
