I am a new investor and I just received several notes from the GA police department regarding violation of city ordinance, including prohibited uses, overcrowding, etc. Given I am out of state and I have never encountered this type of issue in the past, my first reaction is to 1) reach out to the property management company to see whether this is part of their scope and 2) start looking for attorney to get legal advice. 

Would love to see whether there are others with similar experience that can share how they handled this in the past. Thanks so much in advance!
