Have a potential off market property with a modular home on it; that overtime would be a great piece of property to build a single family or duplex. My question is how do modular homes appraise; do they appraise just like a single family home would? The plan at first would be to fix up the home and then rent out for now.

Any recommendations for Architect’s in the Atlanta Area that specialize in major residential renovations? The houses range between 1300 -1500 sqft. Looking to get plans drawn up for permitting.

One of my business partners owns his own renovation company. Would it be best to use an outside company for our rehabs in lieu of using his company, as to ensure he is invested in our company.
