I am ultimately looking to find an investor for two reasons on a 5 Family Investment Property:  #1 I will need the initial deposit to purchase this property such as $338,000 and #2 May need additional funds to fix up some of the rental units in this building.  What would I need to do next?  DO YOU THINK MY REQUEST IS AN UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY?
