I know this request is a bit off-topic (thus the category listing), but I have a friend who is looking to film an interview with a client in a partially completed commercial building (drywall or framed stage). I'm wondering if anyone knows of such a place in the DCA (Washington DC area). Filming would take place in the next 2-3 weeks with a light crew. I'm not sure about compensation, but will check once possibilities come forward.

Much thanks for any info or leads.

Thanks for all of the support. I have heard of Michael Paris prior and am planning on attending a meetup there next Wednesday night. I will look into the Gaithersburg one as well. I know I can make a lot of contacts that way. Meanwhile, I'm working on closing a deal I found for a single family townhouse and was looking for recommendations on a title company (or endorsement). Olde Towne Title was one recommendation. Anyone have history with them?

Appreciate the advice for a first investment purchase.

Hello all. I'm looking to make my first deal and need a network of good professionals to work with. I'm looking for recommendations for Frederick County Lenders, Title Companies/Lawyers and home inspectors. Realtors welcome as well. Thanks for your input! Hope to pay it forward someday.

Can anyone recommend a good real estate lawyer in Frederick County?

Thanks all. I won't be able to make it to the meetup this Wednesday, but I will join that group and hope to make it to a near future or next event. I'm looking forward to leveraging this awesome network of great support. I have an early stage question that is... should I form an LLC before purchasing my first property - regardless of long term investment or flip? And does anyone recommend a particular way to go about incorporating?

My wife and I are super excited to join the community and begin networking locally and across the nation. We haven't yet purchased a property, but are educating ourselves over the next 4-6 months and plan to make the investment before 2016 ends.

We'd love to meet and talk to others in our area (Frederick County), but online will work as well.

Happy to be here and pumped about a bright future in real estate investing.
