For the first house I bought, I used an FHA loan which I only needed 3.5% down to purchase my home.

Is there such a thing as getting such a loan for RE investing? I'm under the assumption that the deal is for first time home buyers only.

Thanks

I have a friend who's a savy realtor; someone who thinks out of the box and seems to have a good pulse on market. I've used him when I needed to see potential investment properties

He recently offered me to join his team the he's forming as he's getting very busy and needs more manpower.

QUESTION for you guys is, does it make any sence from an investor standpoint to get a RE licence and use that as a method to see houses for my own investment.

Hi there!

I'm looking to start investing in real estate while keeping a part time business running.

My career has been with Educational Management for over 10 years and need more income for my growing family expenses.

I would like to be hands on with my investments whereby needing properties in my are- North Jersey.

I have years of managing busineses and would like to use these skill sets with real estate investment.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Thank you
